Hosting & server logs
This website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA). When the site is accessed, Cloudflare processes technically necessary server log data such as IP address, date and time, and user agent to ensure delivery and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfer to the USA is safeguarded by appropriate measures (EU Standard Contractual Clauses / Data Privacy Framework).
Cookies
This website sets no tracking or marketing cookies and builds no cross-device user profiles.
Analytics
Where enabled, I use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookieless measurement that collects aggregate visit counts without storing personal profiles or setting cross-device identifiers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Call booking (Cal.com)
For booking calls I use Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com processes the details you provide (e.g. name, email, requested time) on my behalf to arrange the appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Contact
If you email me, I process your details solely to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention periods apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent at any time with future effect. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — the competent authority here is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
No sharing
I do not sell your data and do not share it beyond what is needed to answer your enquiry or operate the website.
