Precisely time-synchronised, analysis-ready physiological data — reliable on mobile.
The problem
A Philippine NGO needed analysis-ready physiological data: guided audio sessions paired with HRV recordings (Polar H10), precisely time-synchronised. Any playback gap invalidates a session, so reliability on mobile was non-negotiable.
The approach
A four-phase session engine timestamps every transition server-side and stays interruption-proof on mobile via the Wake Lock API. Built the full participant journey (auth, onboarding, session player, data upload) and the researcher tooling — admin dashboard, multilingual questionnaires with Google Forms sync, reports and metrics.
What it proves
In production. Render deployment, Postgres migrations, automated daily backups via CI, and curated Metabase views for self-service analytics — delivered end to end, solo, in partnership with the data scientist who led the analysis.
